U.S. orders are estimated to arrive in 5–7 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it becomes available.
Can I return it?
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be clean, complete and without damage beyond reasonable inspection. See the Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.

What size drink does it make?
The water chamber holds 60 mL, designed for a short espresso-style serving.
Does it heat cold water?
The selected model is designed to heat cold water before extraction.
How many brews can I make per charge?
KOVA One is rated for up to 4 self-heating cycles from cold water or up to 50 extraction-only cycles when the machine does not need to heat the water. Actual results vary by conditions and battery state.
How long does a full charge take?
A full charge takes approximately 3–4 hours. Keep the charging port dry and follow the included charging instructions.
What coffee can I use?
Use freshly roasted coffee with a fine espresso-style grind in the included ground-coffee basket.
How do I clean it?
Run a water-only cycle and rinse the removable pieces. Never submerge the electrical body.

Return and refund policy
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting support@kovaespresso.com with your order number. Returned products must be clean, complete, and without damage beyond reasonable inspection.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging. Approved defective or incorrect orders may qualify for replacement, refund, or prepaid return shipping.
Other returns
